PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Company performance can be significantly enhanced through a healthy workforce. As an employer, it’s critical to address legal and moral obligations to your employees by ensuring they are fit to do the work required, and that they remain fit during their tenure. This can be achieved by identifying and managing workplace health risks – the essence of the Life Employee Health Solutions offering.

By integrating Life Occupational Health and Careways we are able to deliver a unique, holistic approach to employee health.

SIX REASONS TO TEAM UP WITH US

It is possible to reduce health-related costs by between 20 and 40% just by contracting services from one single provider who is able to deliver to both your legal obligations and manage the well-being of your employees.

There are measurable returns on investment through enhanced performance from a physically and mentally healthy workforce. Research has shown that companies that invest in occupational health and wellness programmes, gain an average return of R3.00 on every R1.00 spent on employee health and wellness programmes.

Life Employee Health Solutions understands that companies have different needs, different sets of risks at work and different mindsets from different levels of employees. Thus, while the overall integrated offering is consistent, our modular product design allows us to tailor our offering to suit your specific needs and budget.

We are specialists in our field and healthcare is in our DNA. Because of this, you can be sure to receive the very best in service and innovative solutions. What we can do for your company we have already done for ours. Our employees are passionate and dedicated and we recognise that people are at the very core of our business.

It is no longer sufficient to adapt to change. Changing conditions must be anticipated and acted on to avoid missing potential opportunities or potential negative effects. We have integrated predictive responsiveness into our management system to enable your business to stay ahead of changing industry and employee needs.

We work with you to develop a rigorous understanding of your business which allows us to select the healthcare components you need to meet your needs and budget. Our partnership approach ensures that there is no disruption within your business or your employees’ daily work routine. We bring an integrated solution to your company.

Quality control is an integral aspect of our ethos and we employ an extensive set of controls to ensure that the healthcare services we deliver are of the highest quality. In addition our services are ISO and EAPA certified while complying with international best practice.  We are also South African Bureau of Standards SANS 16001:2013 compliant – a combined health and wellness standard which guides companies in the fields of Employees and Disease Management (including aspects around HIV/Aids and non-occupational diseases.)
